Self Reflection table
Teachers can guide students to see how every one of them, is capable of using every type of intelligence.
this tool could be used to help students identify which intelligences they are especially strong/comfortable with and which ones they might want to develop further.
It can also be used by students to help them think about when they are using their different intelligences, and which ones they find useful.
Teachers can use this to monitor and reflect on when they are working with different intelligences within lessons or their practice in general.

Student Assessment sign up sheet
To help involve students in the planning of assessment, work with them to find a way to show what they have learnt, in the best way they can. Not every student can show what they know with written words, but there are plenty of other ways for them to show you their learning in ways that are more comfortable to them.
